Thanks to Noah Whitaker with Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency... Mental Health Division... for the time this morning.  When it comes to talking with our kids about what's going on in the world right now, there are a wealth of services through the county available to us.  Sometimes, to get the right answers, you just have to ask the right questions.
